Hi I’m Natalie, founder of Om Tap Running. I help runners calm their minds, strengthen confidence, and reconnect with the joy of running.
The idea for Om Tap Running came to me in Snowdonia, surrounded by runners preparing for a trail event. Watching their mix of nerves and anticipation, I realised that I had tools that could help runners calm pre-race nerves, strengthen belief, and reconnect with their why.
I’m a midpack runner who’s laced up for everything from parkruns to 100k ultras and I’ve felt it all: burnout post race, lost motivation, pressure to chase pace, fear of downhills, comparison, not feeling like a real runner, and doubt.
Now I help runners reconnect with the calm, confident part of themselves and why they really run. Through Rapid Tapping®, meditation, and mindset coaching, I help you find balance, belief, and a deeper sense of joy in every mile.
OTR philosophy:
The world of running feels like it has got extremely loud and noisy. With an focus on pace, peak output, and the next advancement. At Om Tap Running we want to simplify it and get back to why we really run. The headspace, the clarity, the emotional shifts, and inner strength. We want to keep running into our older years and for running to be part of why we’d describe ourselves as having lived a life we loved.
At Om Tap Running, we run not to chase pace, medals, or gear (although we like those too). We run to feel alive, to reconnect, and to tap into resilience we didn’t know we had. Om Tap Running exists to help you return to that. It’s a calm rebel within a noisy running world and here to help you unlock the magic of possibility that already exists within you. Through mindset coaching tools, Rapid Tapping®, and meditation, we strengthen the mind that carries the body and celebrate every stride along the way.

A 4 session 1:1 programme introducing mindfulness meditation and Rapid Tapping® techniques specifically for runners. Learn to pause, tune inwards, and build awareness of your breath, body, and mindset. Transforming how you approach both running and daily life. Each session includes guided meditations, journaling prompts, and practical tools to cultivate calm, focus, and self-compassion. Build the skills to navigate stress, manage your inner critic, and run with intention and presence.
The Long Run Lab
Train your mind as much as your body. The Long Run Lab, a 6 session 1:1 programme, designed for runners with performance goals or race ambitions. Combining mindset coaching, Rapid Tapping®, meditation, and visualisation tools to build mental resilience, confidence, and belief in your capabilities. Learn to manage nerves, stay focused, and push past doubt, so each long run or race becomes a lesson in strength, growth, and self trust.
Group & Event Workshops
Bring mindful movement and mindset tools to your running community. These interactive sessions combine guided meditation, Rapid Tapping® exercises, and yoga practices to help participants build focus, calm pre-run nerves, and cultivate belief in their abilities. Perfect for running clubs, groups, or events, workshops can be offered as single sessions or as a short series. Creating lasting impact while strengthening connection, confidence, and joy in movement.
